Concert
ok adkinette's...anyone
else ready for a pocket
concert???...just can't see letting
poor vicki to be all by
herself!!...and...it's been an awful
long time. since our last
one...so...i'm going to get "mr.g"
to dust off the "magic bus"...
and...see about getting us to
illinois tonite..so..grab them "tracin
bags"....and...be ready to go when "mr.g"
honks that horn!!!! ;0)
here we go "adkinette's"...got
the the "magic bus" all dusted
off...and....now going to go and see
about getting the battery "charged
up!!.. the countdown to take off
time has begun!! ;0)
here we
come!!..all set there "mr.g"???..it's
been awhile since you've been behind
that wheel...heehee... yeah..guess
your right..it's like riding a
bike..you never forget..hey...got to
tell you how nice the "magic bus" is
looking tonite...you did a real bang
up job on her...i see you have added
a few more christmas lights on the
outside...sure hope you left some
for your "house" display!!...haha..good
thinking...we want to make sure we
can be seen...don't want any left
over "meteor's" to hit us while we
zoom thru cyberspace!!!...always got
that "ol' brain" of yours going
don't ya!!...well..then..lets see if
we can find us some "adkinette's"
and head to illinois..i do believe
we have someone "important" who is
waiting there for us!!!...hit it "mr.g"!!

hope you have a real good idea
hiding up there under your
sleeve....if not...we just maybe
sitting here for a very long
time...what???...how in the world am
i suppose to know "where" we
are...your the one who got the map
off the puter...just what did you
put in as the

right..it's not going to do us any
good to "discuss" directions..or the
lack of them....we have to figure
out where we are...good thing you
cleaned these windows..did you also
remember to put your binoculars back
in the emergency box???..

"BIG TIME"... do you think you could
HELP us!!!..seems "mr.g" kinda
forgot to bring a few important
things...like the
directions!!...so...if your out

there watching over me...if not..i
do believe i would have had to
commit "make believe murder"!!!...i'm
sure "mr.g" is saying a few thank

smell something very familiar
here...no "mr.g"..it's not your
armor all...it's something
else..something really good...and..i
know i didn't smell it until a few
seconds ago....when....when we were
"saved" by "mr.genie"..but..i just
can't place it...i will...cause i
know that smell!!..
ok...now that
we aren't lost anymore...your not
lost anymore are you "mr.g"???..heehee..ok...yes
i see...the "magic bus" is magically
heading in a different
direction..the right direction... well..what
do you know..wonder what happened?
ohhh...well...i guess it could have
been from that "big blast" of wind
we got...whatever the reason...we
better get this thing going...or our
"adkinette's" will be freezing their
little "hot pink behinds" off.. now..
let's see if we can do this right...
hit it "mr.g"!!!!!alright!!!...now
we're "cooking"...heehee..no "mr.g"..not
cooking as in food...cooking as
in..."moving... going...good"...kind
of cooking!!.didn't you eat before
we left??...well..guess you'll have
to wait... no time for eating now..we
should be getting some company
soon...and...
look..here they
are....hey ladies!!..you poor
things...you all look like your just
about to the "popsicle" stage!!...oh
my!!!..sharie..are those icicles on
your ears???.. oh... heehee...sorry..i
see now that they they are earings!!....
they look good..i see your all
dressed up for tonite...nice!!!...you
all look all "spiffed" up..guess
that means we're ready to do some
good ol' tracin tonite huh!!...well.. then...what
are we waiting for..the bus is
full..and..i do believe we are
heading straight toward some FUN!!!

is...yipppeee!!!...we made it
ladies...and...just in
time..alrighty let's get our rear's
in gear..and..find vicki...she told
me she was going to have us some
really big pockets to ride in..you
all ready??...okie dokie...grab a
hand... and...you know the

trace...take us to.....weeeeeeeeeee!!!!
wow....that was
good...no bumps this time
either...oh "mr.genie"!!!..thanks
for the smooth ride!!....now..let's
see if we can find our way out of
this pocket...or i should say...the
grand canyon!!...when vicki says a
big pocket...guess she means a big
pocket!!...and...a very dark
pocket...i hope you all remembered
to put new batteries in those mini
flashlights!!....heehee..that's one
job we will have to keep from "mr.g"!!...
oh good...there we go...wow ...good
batteries!!...oh and look...vicki
was thinking of us..i see a nice
long piece of thread hanging over
there for us...up you go ladies....katie..you
and pat go first...that way you can
send everyone in the right
direction...just be careful everyone
off vicki's feet..i have a feeling
they won't be standing still!!!
heehee!!...i
can see everyone wore their running
shoes tonite... and..it looks like "mr.g"
has been busy...he added some of his
little christmas lights to the back
of their shoes...so every time they
move..their shoes light up!!..that
man has way too much time on his
hands...going to have to get him
back out in his woodshop..so he can
play with his wood and keep out of
trouble!!..although they do look
kind of neat!!..did they even say hi
when they jumped out of the pocket
vicki??...didn't think so...i see
that kat is bringing up the end of
the line...what is that she is
dragging?? ...haha...your right
vicki..we won't even ask..if we had
time to...even though she's the
caboose..she's a fast one!!...
wow..this is
pretty neat..and..how lucky you got
a table so close.. any closer and we
would be rubbing nose's with him...ohhhh ...now
that's a nice thought!!...oh..hi

guy...and...kathy.. nice to meet you
all!!...sorry that you didn't get to
meet all of the "adkinette's"...
but.. then chase you know most of
them!!...yep..nice group of ladies
that's for sure...but...tonite you
are in for an experience...once they
get themselves out of the
pockets...they go "completely" out
of their minds!!..heehee..you'll see
two big shows tonite!!...and... by
the looks of it..they are ready to
go!!!
ohhh....and...more..and...moooore..he's
looking mighty good tonite!!..and
what a surprise!!...just
trace...and... his guitar... ohhhh...make
that trace..his guitar...
and..johnna!!!...looks like she's
getting her wish..she always said
she wanted to be his guitar!!..heehee...we'll
be lucky if we can pry her off it
tonite..it sure didn't take her long
to get up those stool legs did
it!!...she'll be wearing that smile
for a very long time!!...looks like
she and trace are going to have lots
of company tonite up there on that
stool...good thing it's a large
one!!..just enough wrungs for
everyone ...and..up they all
go....oh no!!..it doesn't look like
poor kat isn't going to get herself
and her bag up there.. heehee...
good ol' ann...she's putting all she
has to help get that bag up
there..oh..good here comes tammy and
tracey to the rescue!!.whatever is
in that bag must be pretty
important.. and...that is a very
scary thought!!
now this is the
way to go!!..trace singing..and..
talking... vicki...girl...you done
good tonite!!...i think i am going
to like this "cd" listening
party...we are getting the best of
both worlds... and...trace is loving
it too...just look at that big ol'
smile.. heehee... it's either from the
audience response..or...some of the
"adkinette's" slipped down his boots
and each time they move they are
tickling his feet!!...ohhh...your
probably right chase...i don't think
they would even notice if the
"smell" is a little in there!!...all
they are going to care about is
being that close to trace... smelly
feet and all..see..told you they go
completely "bonkers" when they
shrink!!!...oh.. and..by the looks
of the gang still pulling on that
bag...i think we are going to be in
store for some classic "adkinette"
antics!

that we keep asking that "dj" to
have trace get up and do a little
turning around... to get the kinks
out...heehee..wonder how jeanne and
theresa and terri are enjoying those
moves down in those boots???..sure
hope they each had a toe to hang on
to!!..boy...i can't wait to hear all
the details they are going to have
to tell us!!...oh and look...the
others who are hanging on to the
bottom wrung look like they are
trying to jump on to trace's
boots...the outside!!...they better
hurry..cause it looks like that
trace is about ready to sit back
down....ohhh..i can't look!!!...tell
me vicki..did sharie...shelli and
joan make it??...phewww...
well...add three more grey hairs to
my almost all grey hair!!...oh

better hurry and get the duct tape
out guy and chase..or else we are
going to lose vicki...i do believe
we are going to see us some "trace
mo-jo-ing"... and...there won't be
any sitting down on this

chase??....yep..."mo-jo-ing" is
mighty powerful!!!...he most
definitely knows how to move!!...he
has had quite awhile to master
it!!..he is the master "mo-jo-er"..and..he
never fails to make you turn you (well..maybe
not you..but..it works for all us
ladies!!)..into jello.. just one
little "mo-jo" does it every
time!!!... heehee...yep..every
time!!..ahhhh...now it looks like
it's time for the "adkinette's" to
let off a little steam... not sure
what they are up to...but...i can
tell by the way katie is
grinning...she is up to something...and..i
see they decided to leave kat's bag
on the stage..hummmmm...this is
going to be very interesting!!!
heehee...yep...she
most definitely has something
planned...kat and pat and ann are
opening up kat's bag of
tricks!!...and...katie has the rest
of the "adkinette's" gathered around
her...i have a feeling this is going
to be good!!!... oh...and...how
appropriate that her new favorite
just happens to be the next song..
she must have done some fast writing
to change trace's song list!!....vicki... stop
wiggling around and watch this!!!
here we
go!!!....look at them all lined
up...in their little "hot pink"
outfits...ohhh...and... someone has
added some sparkly sequins and white
fur to the outfits!!....heehee..can
you tell that this song is a
favorite of everyone...i don't think
i have seem them all move that good
in a long time!!...and...some of
those moves are new.... heehee..where
did regina brandy..angela and tammy
learn those "moves"???...it looks
like they all have been taking some
"mo-jo-ing" lessons!!...ohhh...and..they
are all in sync.....and..hahaaaa ...
vicki... do you see what they have
on their heads???...someone has
taken antenna's...hot pink ones at
that...and...added little cowboy
hats to them!!!..oh...sorry
chase...instead of "hillbilly
aliens"...we now have "hillbilly
cowgirls"... to go with "all
hat...and all cattle"!!..
katie once
again has out done herself...big
time!! my sides hurt from doing so
much laughing...i thought i would
die when the "insiders" tried to get
out of those very big boots in time
to join in the big dance
finale!!!...poor jeanne's "hillbilly
cowgirls" antenna's were all turned
around...and ... she had one antena
covering up her one eye!!...and
...there was sharie and her icicle
earrings all tangled up in her
antenna's...but..the best part was
the saying they had on the back of
their "hot pink" panties..."all
night long"!!...good thing it is
only understood by us "adkinette's"!!...did
you see how funny trace was walking
when he got up....he kept shaking
his boots...like there had been
something... or... should we
say...someone's in them!!..oh if he
only knew!!..if he only knew!!!

vicki...how much fun we had tonite...thanks
for taking us all with you..in those
deep...deep pockets...i really do
like the "cd" listening parties
better than a big concert... it was
sooooo nice to be soooo close...to
trace...to listen to him
sing... without all that band noise..not that i don't love the
band...i do... but...there is just
something special about hearing just
trace and his guitar...oh
no!!..speaking of his guitar...we
better go and see if we can remove johnna from it.....hey katie...will
you guys go and get johnna
please!!..not that she would have
minded being forgot...heehee...well...let's
see..do we have everyone else??
anyone seen kathyrn??...i don't
remember seeing her since we left
the bus.... what??...huh??..can't
hear you ann.... oh.... well...that
is why we didn't see her all night
long...she's up there with johnna...attached
to trace's guitar!!..well...yank her
off too...it's getting late..and...if
we don't hurry and find the "magic
bus"...we will all be turned into
pumkins!!!
looks like we
have had another "adkinette" fun
filled night with trace...and..with
vicki and her "gang"...good ol' "mr.g"
had the "magic bus" all nice and
toasty warm for us when we finally
got everyone safely off the
stage..and..into the
bus..and.."mr.genie" made sure
everyone was all tucked into their
beds....leaving them with nice "tracin"
dreams.. hummm....there is that
smell again... and..heeeheee..it's
not any left over "boot" smell...i
know i know that smell..if i could
just figure out where i have smelled
it before..oh well..another mystery
to be solved!...
guess it's time
to put the ol' "magic bus" away for
the night..so it can get all charged
up and ready to go on another "adkinette
pocket concert" night all..thanks
for the ride...it was a fun one!!
