time to do a last minute
"fluff and puff" ladies..i see the lights of the ferris wheel
down below so that means that we are here..it will take "mr.g" a
few minutes to find a spot big enough to land the magic bus..so
that will give should give us enough time to make sure we're
looking "beautiful".. can't go to see our man with our hair
sticking up because "someone" decided to have all the windows
open for our ride here..i'm mean really "mr.g"you could have
turned the air on..oh yeah..forgot that for us to have air
someone has to ride the bike at the back of the bus to run the
power to your homemade air conditioning..it's been awhile since
we have been on the bus..i guess you are forgiven..it would have
been a tad bit warm in here..alright..you find us a place to
land and we will do what we have to to get all prettied up..
whoa... uh.."mr.g" i think you forgot to take your foot off the
gas while you were going down!!..everyone ok?..that’s good we
don't need to have to go and find the first aid building right
off the bat!!
now that everyone is all
"fluffed and puffed" and looking mighty fine in your best tracin
duds what do you say we go find us trace?..heehee..you can tell
we haven't done this in a while..you all look like you either
swallowed jumping beans or need to use the ladies room..really
bad!!..i'm pretty excited myself..what a better way to spend a
beautiful summer night than under the stars and all of the
pretty lights from the midway with our favorite man..it's not
too hot so we don't have to worry about using our "trace-fans"
or our spray bottles to to keep cool..mother nature must be
having a good night cause she sure has given us perfect "tracin"
weather ..so..what do you say you all hop on my "super-duper"
electric w/chair..that lil red decorated for us..she did a
really good job didn't she..we have hot pink balloons and
flashing lights..and a sign that has "adkinettes on board"
spelled with hot pink lights on it..and the sparkly streamers
remind me of the ones i use to have on the handles of my bike
way back when..look how cool they look when the lights hit
them..she did a awesome job decking our ride out!..so is
everyone on..and holding on tight?..well then i say..let's
get this party started!!
ooooooooooooweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...i can tell that "mr.g"
has been messing around with my chair again..that man seems to
think everything with a motor has to go in one speed..FAST!!..ok..think
i have it turned down to a speed that's a little slower so now
we don't have to worry about someone falling off while we're
going over the bumpy terrain we have to go over to get to our
seats.. i see my friend lynn jumping up and down up towards the
stage..that must be where our seats are..she said she was going
to come early and make sure no one took our spot she's going
to join our little party tonite ..she was so excited that she
was going to get to come on an "adkinette adventure"..well..it
looks like she didn't like our seats and has sweet talked one of
the staff members to letting us sit right up behind the front
row section..what a girl..now i won't have to worry about trying
to kill myself just so i can see trace up on stage when everyone
stands up..good job lynn..this is the perfect place to watch the
show..you done good girl!!
looks like we got here just
in time..keith anderson is just finished his act and trace's
guys are setting up his stuff..can you ladies all see good from
where your sitting? that's good..i asked "mr.g" to add a little
platform to the back of my chair so you all could sit up there
and be all nice and comfy..high enough to see over my head but
not too high that we have to worry about anyone falling
off..can't have any adkinettes getting squished by feet that are
dancing to the music..that wouldn't be very good at all..and i
made sure he made it big enough so you could get up and do a
little dancing when the "mood" strikes you
how do you like your chairs?
"mr.g" thought you would enjoy having your very own hot pink
chairs with your names on the back done in rhinestones..(i think
the rhinestones were lil red's idea..if she would have had him
do it he would have used stones from out in the drive way!) ..
ahhh..i see that you have found your trace towels that i had "mr.g"
tuck inside the side pocket of your chair..it's been getting a
little chilly here at night and i didn't want you all to get
cold..i found these towels in my box of trace things and thought
they would be perfect..when you start getting cold you can just
wrap trace around you and snuggle up with him..and of
course..there is a place to put a cup of your favorite
beverage.. i had lynn sneak in a cooler that is full of
strawberry margaritas.. just in case someone gets a little
thirsty from all the hooping and hollaring and singing along
with trace..ohhh..looks like the guys are finished getting
things set up..and the lights are starting to go down..so you
know what that means...the show is about to begin!
can everyone see?..these
really are perfect seats..row 4 1/2..not bad!!..well it looks
like we are going to see just how good these seats are cause it
looks like the show is about to start..the lights are going
down..and the roar is starting..and getting louder and louder
now the lights are shining on the back of the stage..right on
the big banner up there that says..TRACE..with a silhouette of
him right in the middle of the A..wow..that is really cool and
very impressive!! ohhhh..i'm getting "tracebumps"..i know i saw
him last october but it seems like forever i can't wait for him
to come one stage!!!..look there he is..coming out of a puff of
smoke awesome enterance!!..that has everyone is on there feet..
screaming and hollaring!!..alright now..if those two girls right
in front of us stand like that we should be able to see right in
between their heads...ahhhhhh.. ummm..now that really isn't too
bad..nice looking belt buckle..a great big A!!.. heehee..no i
don't think i'm going to complain!! aww.. thanks lynn.that was
nice of you to ask those girls to sit down every once in awhile
so we can see the show too that was nice of them to do that..so
ladies.. looks like we will be looking at more than that big A..
ohhhh..the rest of him isn't looking too bad..he is looking alot
better than the last time i saw him..no more skin and bones like
when i saw him last..lots of muscles..i would say our man has
been doing a little working out..
yep he's looking very
buff..with his arms stretched out wide singing "songs about
me".. ohhh..here he comes..right down by us..careful now
ladies..you are going to fall flat on your faces if you try to
reach out for him..he looks like he's really close..but 4 1/2
rows is a little far away for you guys!!..we don't have to leave
and make a trip to the first aid tent now.."mr.g" made sure that
he gave you ladies lots of room to dance and prance there on
your platform.. knowing that you can't sit still while our man
is doing his thing..and i say it's a good thing cause from the
sounds of what the band is starting to play now your going to
need it..the room and those little poles that are holding the
platform up..(boy does "mr.g" know his girls or not!!)..heehee..i
can see that you all recognize what song is coming too..didn't
take you long to get up and get your little "badonkadonk's" a
swinging!..you ladies have't lost your touch..your "thinkin
thing" pole dances are just as good as always..and from what i
can see..your "mo-jo-ing" is right in tune with trace's belt
buckle!! well..i can't get up and "pole dance" with you..so
while you ladies are dancing i'm sitting here enjoying watching
that big A swaying from side to side..ahh yes..ya gotta love
that "mo-jo-ing"!!!

"dangerous man"..i have been listening to his new cd ever since
"mr.g" brought it home last night and i love it..every song..but
i think that this is one of my favorites..oh what I would give
to be “nibbling” on his neck!!.ahh..yeah..that neck was made for
nibbling!!...not a bad dancing song huh girls?..sure am glad
that "mr.g" made sure you had a place to do your thing i can see
your making good use of it..oh trace..my friend .. heehee..one
of these days your going to get yourself in trouble with the
little stories you tell before a song..i'm sure that rhonda is
going to love it when she hears you told everyone that you
married a girl from up north and that she was brought up by a
nice..well to do family..and was sent south for her education
and then met and fell in love with a southern boy..oh
yeah..she's going to love you telling that you think that they
only reason they finally decided to like you was when they found
out that rhonda was expecting!! heehee..yeah..you know if she
heard that story you'd be in trouble cause your blushing big
time!!... but it was a great lead into the new song "ladies love
country boys"..i love this song..and you can tell trace does
too..he's having a lot of fun singing this one..that man has
more moves..just when you think you have seen them all he comes
up with more heehee..i say..keep em comin trace!!
this song gives me "tracebumps"..it's
too bad that he pulled it off of radio..i understand why he
did..he's was being considerate to the people who were offended
by it..but it is such a beautiful tribute..with all of the stage
lights red white and blue..it's the perfect setting for "arlington"..you
can tell how much it means to him as he takes his hat off and
raises it to the sky..ohhh..i can tell that now that he has
finished singing it he has something to say..you can tell by the
way he's walking back up to the mic..hands in his
pocket.."trace-atude" written all over his face..that is great
that he got to spend sometime with some of the local national
guard personel today..ah ha..and he got to take a spin around
town in a hummer..betcha he loved that ride..i love it when he
talks politics!! good ol' southern boy style..this song fits
trace to a "T"..and you can tell by the way he's moving he's got
some "fightin words" to say to those who don't respect what our
service men and women are doing for us..look at those big ol'
size 13's stompin on the stage..up and down..from one end of the
stage to the other..just look at that crooked smirk..he really
enjoyed that one!!

"there's a stranger in my house"..he puts so much feeling into
it..hummm this is a new one..never heard trace sing "it feels
like the first time"..guess he's shaking things up by adding a
little foriener to his show..trace could sing anything and make
it sound good!!.. ahh now here we go another new one...he hasn't
even opened up his mouth yet and everyone is up and getting
ready to "swing"..and by the way that my wheelchair is moving
back and forth you all are going to join them..i'm just glad
that "mr.g" made your platform sturdy..don’t have to worry about
it falling off..only have to worry about keeping you girls on
it..so go ahead and "swing" your little hearts off!!..i'm just
going to sit here and watch the big A "swing"..heehee..i'm lovin
sitting in row 4 1/2..i don't think i have ever had such a
great view.. even looking between those two girls head!!..swing
batter batter swing batter batter swing..yeah!!
i feel another story
coming..this time he's looking like a little boy who's mama has
caught him doing something wrong..heehee ..and that is exactly
what has happened haha..his poor mama not approving of some of
the songs he sings..but after this one came out she was afraid
she was going to have to change churches from the shame it
caused her..as he hangs his head..back up comes his head..that
ol' smirk back on his face..and him saying how he just can't
help paying tribute to things he really respects you can hear
the band "turnin it up" loud..and trace's crooked smirk has
turned into a big ol' crooked smile as he's standing up there
watching everyone jumpin up and down i think i better hang on
real tight cause you girls definitely know it's time to do some
more " shakin of your badonkadonks"..heehee..here we go!!!..the
crowd is singing it so loud trace doesn't even have to sing a
word of this song..good thing i'm wearing my neck brace
otherwise i would get whiplash between my head swaying back and
forth keeping time that big "A"..and you guys shaking my
wheelchair as you shake your little"badonkadonks"!!..careful
lynn..your going to put your back out..your moving just as much
if not more than the girls..if we're not careful we're going to
have to be making a call to 911!!!..ooowweeeee..now that was
fun..there he goes..heading off the stage..ahhh yeah..we hate to
see him go..but we love to watch him leave..that’s why we’re
here..it ain’t for the cotton candy and it ain’t for the fair
food…it’s for the
"TRACE BADONKADONK!!!”
awwwww..he's leaning down
and giving his cowboy hat to this little girl in the front
row..she can't be more than 5 years old.. that's the daddy in
him!!! feet are a stomping.. hands are a clapping and the
adkinettes are a whoopin and a hollarin.. trace..trace!!..you
know he's got one more song in him..he can't leave us yet ahhh
here he comes..no hat..hair just a swinging..oh hang on
ladies..i know what his hair being down does to you be still
your little hearts!!.. the lights are flashing purple (no
paisley's) yellow (no daisy's)..it's chrome!!..oh no..i know
what's coming now..go for it ladies..ahhhh..perfect timing as
always..you girls and your line dances..i can see that you
haven’t lost your touch.. nice kicks!! you all look so spiffy in
your hot pink tracin outfits there is no no way that trace can
miss seeing you between the white flashing lights that "mr.g"
strung all around the edge of your platform and all of that
glitter and sparkling rhinestones every inch of your outfits are
with covered in them..ohh..you better hurry and get your ending
in there before he leaves...yeah!!..

heehee..you ladies missed it
because your "badonkadonk's" were facing the stage instead of
your heads..but trace definitely saw you..he stopped just before
walking off the stage.. grinned..then laughed..then gave you a
great big size 13 wink!!..perfect ending for a perfect show..you
girls are awesome!!
