about finding my "tracin
bag"...and...go see if
"mr.g" has the "magic bus" all
set....that list i gave
him had enough things on it to keep
him out of
trouble for most of the
afternoon!!!.. oh.."mr.g"...got everything ready for
take-off??...."mr.g"??..where are you??....hummm..he's not
on the bus...or under the bus...maybe he's in the
garage....nope.. not here either...guess i
better check the bus one more
time....this is ridiculous...he has
to be here somewhere ...."MR.G"...come
on..we have to get going...

darn!!...dropped my "trace
mug"..sure glad there isn't any
french vanilla in..don't want to
waste any of that.. ahhhhh.... heehee....there
he is...now...if i can only get back
there without him hearing
me...sleeping under the back
seat!!...ok...so far so good..he's
still sleeping..now if i can only
get my "butt-pincher" under
there....just a few more
inches...and...eeeehhh..that is
about as far as i can stretch...ohhh..yes!!! ....wake up "mr. g" ....teehee!!....ohhh...careful..you
don't want to bump your head on the
bottom of the seat...

concert"!!....maybe by the time we

we're going the temps will have
cooled down a little....last weeks
"pocket concert" was just a tab bit
hot..i for one would love to have
some cooler temps for tonites
fun...you don't have any connections
with "mother nature" do you "mr.g"???..heeheee...well...just
thought i would ask..you never know

snooze seems to have "re-charged"
your battery "mr. g" ...you look like
you are ready and raring to go..what

"pocket concert" of july 1999
going....i know i'm more than ready
for a little "Adkinette"
fun...and...this one just might
prove to be as much fun as last
weeks...we are riding in the pockets
of two "newbies"....and...we know
just how much fun those are!!!..heehee ...and...i
know the girls are all waiting for
us to pick them up....i'm all
strapped in here..so...when your
ready...let's point this "magic
bus" towards that big ol'
cyberspace.... and...have some good ol' "tracin fun"!!!!
have you been
playing with the "magic bus" again "mr.g"???...tell
me you "didn't" up the speed of the
"super-duper" engine!!!...oh ..."mr.g"..one
of these days your going to get us
in trouble.. or...heehee....a
speeding ticket...and...as fast as
bus goes now...if you have suped it
up to go faster...i'm not sure if
pat could talk us out of a ticket or
if there is enough money in the "Adkinette"
bail fund to pay for a speeding
ticket!! ok...i'll just have to take
your word for
it....but...please...use a "gentle"
touch on that gas pedal!!...you
drive "mr.g"....and..i'll watch out
for any "cypberspace" police!!!

in one of his moving at turtle speed
this afternoon.... heehee ...that is
until he got in the driver's seat of
the "magic bus" ...then ...he did a
complete turn around and became a
"speed demon"..it was like he was
driving to win the indy 500!!!....but..i
think we are all in one piece...that
is except for loosing a couple "christmas
lights" off the side of the bus...i
am sure he has lots of extra lights
at home in his "christmas light
display" box...that is one thing he
is sure not to be caught
without!!!...
i see you all
are ready for another hot "pocket
concert"!!!....and ...are all decked
out in the "summer theme"...just
love that bathing suit you have on katie....hot pink with "traced
Adkinette and proud of it" on the
back...they will definitely see you
coming!!!...no doubt about it....i
can't wait to see what dance steps
you have cooked up for us tonite....having
to sit and watch last week surely
gave you lots of ideas!!!....

doing her best to get the "adkinette's"
moving too....that girl amazes
me...she always has some new dance
step for us...i have a feeling she
used all that extra time this week
at work to do some
thinking..and..practicing...she's
doing real good getting everyone in
line...those "hot pink" bathing
suits look real snazzy under these
lights...huh!!...who would have
thought that those cute little
"trace-horsie" swim rings would work
as "tu-tu's"??? always resourceful
our katie is!!!....ohhhh... now... that was a perfect end to
their "big time" dance...heehee...one
nice turn..everyone bending over

stage...that is good..i hope....no

are they going to do next????...

so good...trace has sang three songs
and...so far..no adkinette's...maybe
it's not such good news...they don't
usually miss a beat..let alone three
songs...no..this is not a good
thing.... where could they
be???...more importantly..what are
they doing???.....ohhhh...there is
one...it looks like jeanne`h
and..susy...yep ...and..tammy is
right behind them...looking over her
shoulder...at trace....ah ha...there
are more of them.....they are moving
too fast to see who me to see who it
is..but..i think i saw
tracey.. debbie`p ..joan...and...janet...they
were heading in the opposite
direction...now..i know they aren't
going for the swimming pool...it has
a leak in it...so..that is out..but...they
are definitely up to

sit here and see what they have up
their "tiny" sleeves....
i see that
theresa and jeanne are enjoying
themselves...they are in full
"trace-zombie" mode... and..loving
every minute of it!!....i just love
to watch "newbies" ... boy..someone
out there is sure having fun...and..are
pretty loud...wonder what is going
on out there???...whatever it is has
gotten trace's attention...oh
no!!!!..i must be hearing things....
vicki wouldn't have...oh yeah...she
would have...and..the voice i
thought i was hearing is him..."mr. g" .... he
is out in the crowd..pulling a
little red wagon behind him..with a
very big cooler in it....filled
with..yep....plastic rings... the
ones you use around your neck to
keep cool... i can't believe
this!!....on the side of the
cooler..and..coming from "mr.g's"
mouth.."dips for a tip"....."dips
for a tip".....doesn't he realize
that those little rings won't fit
around anyone's neck...did he forget
that he is only 3" high...those
rings just might...if it's a small
"normal" person...fit around their
big toe!!!...the funniest thing
is...people are buying
them....although...their not sure
who is selling them....all they can
see is the cooler...the sign..and...the
rings....i think as soon as we get
home...we are going to have to take
both dave and vicki in to have their
heads examined!!!!...they make a
very scarey pair those two!!!
ok...back to
the "fun" on stage...that is..if i
can find the 'fun"...i am really
worrying just what this absence of "adkinette's"
means... they have missed most of
trace...that can only mean one
thing...TROUBLE...and..if that
little "flash" was an "adkinette"... that
means it won't be long to we see
just what they are up too...here
they come...vicki and kat are
pulling something towards the front
of the stage....elise and dana are
tugging as hard as they can to get
their side to move....and...brandy and regina and marisa are
pushing from the back...oops...down goes debbie`b. ..good
thing ann and pat were watching
where they were going..if they would
have had to stop...johnna and kim
would have run over them..with
whatever that thing is...ohhhhhhh...i
know..i know what that thing
is!!!!..but..what
are they going to do with it up
here...i thought "mr.g" was going to
surprise them with it when we got
back to the bus..he had it all
planned..well.. that is what i
thought..i have no idea what they
have in mind to do with that guitar
shaped trampoline...whatever it
is...i hope they don't wipe trace's
face off of it...

shelley...and..she is still
clutching her "tracin bag" her poor
hands must be blue from holding on
so tight!!!...and..coming up behind
her are katie...tracey..patrica..and
..darlene..ohhhh... there is the rest
of them...and..they are dragging a
smaller bag....now that they are all
at the trampoline...i think we are
about to see just what they have
been cooking up....up they go...they
are forming a big circle around the
outside...ahhh... someone quick..grab
joan and janet...they took their
shoes off..and..ohhhhhh...that was
close...on the stage is where they
almost ended up!!..i still can't
figure out what they are
doing... trace can't have too many
more songs to do...all of the "adkinette's"
are on now....i can see they are
passing something around...everyone
has whatever it is...vicki and katie
are at the very tip of the
guitar....it looks like kat is
yelling something at them...but..i
can't quite hear what she is
yelling.....i can see them all
smile...raise their arms...
and...they are all starting to
jump.. up and down...ohhhhhhh...i see
30 big "super-soakers"..aimed at
trace...and....now...lots and lots
of water..going in every
direction ...heehee...what nice fans
they are....they are trying to cool
trace off!!!!....hahaha..they are
also getting themselves very very
wet....it is going to be a "soggy"
ride home!!!!....i think trace is
actually getting some of that water
on him....off goes his
hat... and...he is shaking his
head...haha...he looks like sammy
when he is shaking off after his
bath!!..i'll
bet it feels pretty good in all this
heat!!!..
now what is
going on?..shelley and pat are
moving up front with vicki and
katie..so are kim...tammy and
susy..shelley is pulling something
out of her bag....the one she hasn't
let go of since we picked her
up...guess we'll finally find out
just what she has been clinging
too....it looks like a spoon...a
plastic spoon...yep..that is what it
is..now what is she going to do with
a plastic spoon???....shelley
is putting the spoon down...johnna
and regina and sharie are helping
her climb up into it...she looks
like she has a parachute

are pulling the handle of the spoon
back...while others are trying to

gets over the canopy at the back of

have her head examined too..they are

lights..and oh dear!!!...where did

comes trace..ohhh. ..where is the
brake on this thing??...

off too and go find shelley!!..wonder

quiet...he always catchs me off
guard....well...once again..you made
it possible for us to spend another
night together...and..have alittle "adkinette"

"dreaming" here..i keep having more
and more fun with each "adkinette"
adventure....but..got carried away
again..this "dreaming out loud"
stuff is too easy...but..you all
have a way of making it that
way...today...is national friendship
day...and..i would like to be the
first to let you know that you just
how important you and your
friendships are to me....you help
keep me going when the going gets a
little hard here..you give me the
chance to get out and about in the
big outside world..when if not for
you...i wouldn't be able to do so my
traveling maybe "imaginary" ... your
not...and..i thank you all...for
being here..and ...for getting me out
of the house!!!!....i hope you all
will take the time to thank your
"special" friends.. who ever they
might be... because.. without friends..we would have
nothing..and..i for one..am a very
rich lady...with friends like you...i
