to be so much fun...i remember my
first time meeting trace...ahhhh....hhhhhh..ohh..sorry
didn't mean to drift off on you...but..heehee...it's
hard not to when i think about that

and greet"....and standing in this

here on your camera bag Vicki...it's
way too hot to sit back in the
pocket...hopefully the rest of the
gang will be here soon... wouldn't
want them to miss this...i hope "mr.g"
didn't get them lost..or..forget
what he was suppose to be doing...
and..wander off looking for an open
food wagon!!!...johnna and Kat and
the rest of them won't let him get
too far off the path...heehee....he
has all of the "Adkinettes" with
him...just what he wanted for his
anniversary...they're not on the
bus..but...he's got them
all.... those poor girls!!!... or..maybe it's poor "mr.g"....he is
alittle out numbered!!!
well...that
line doesn't look too long....we
shouldn't have to wait too long to
see trace...good thing too..cause...you
two don't look too good...no...i
take that back...you look scared to
death...and ...like two
teenagers...meeting the"cute" boy
for the first time... heehee...don't
worry...you will live thru it....and..be
so much happier!!! ...life changing
experience.. wouldn't you say vicki?....vicki
is a prime example of how seeing
trace..getting that "famous"
hug...changed her whole life...why
else would anyone have..what...7 fan
club memberships..or...drive or fly
all over the country ...just to see
him...the man is good...he has
"it"....it is perfectly
understandable how it can
happen!!!...if i could...i would do
the same thing Vicki does...but..since
i can't...i "dream"..so... just wait
you two...as soon as he gives you
that "great big bear hug"..and...says..."hey darlin"....in
your ear...you will know what i
mean...and....you will walk away
with what we call the "trace
daze"...and...be a "trace-zombie"
forever...well.... at least two
weeks....that is why we have our
very own "cloud 24/7"....up there
you can "enjoy" your "trace
daze"...without worrying about
getting those weird looks from
family and friends...you know...the
ones that wonder..."what is wrong
with her?...her mouth is hanging
wide open...her eyes are glazed
over...and...she has this crooked
smile ear to ear...and..she seems to
be humming something???....do you
think it was something she
ate???"...poor people..they just
don't know what they are
missing!!...ohhhhh ....we won't have
to wait much longer...eeeeeehhh ...

lady's purse....by the looks of
it...i would have been a goner...i
have never seen a purse that
big..what?..oh..uhh..it's "your"

nice purse it is!!...love that
color!!!!....uhhh...Vicki...can you
see "mr.g"???....he should have had
the "Adkinettes" here by now...it
isn't that hard to find where the
meet and greet line...the park is
closed...there are no more rides..or
food wagons... no more people...just
this one line...and...we are by a
very big bus...a bus with trace's
name on it....how hard can that
be???...think we better ask our
friend "mr.genie" to help find
them?..i know that the girls aren't
going to want to miss this....ok..we'll
give them a few more minutes...then
we send out "mr.genie"...he will
find them.. and...bring them to us...
at least it's
starting to get cooler....you guy's
must be fried.... didn't you say
Shelley had been here since
8am...she deserves an award...for a
"good job done good..well
above..and..beyond..the call of
duty!!" ..anyone who would get
here...almost 12 hours before trace
was on..to get your lawn chairs in
the front row.. and..then..to guard
them till you guys got here...so..no
one would take your
spot!!..yep...she definitely
deserves the "Adkinette" 'done good'

get carbon monoxide poisoning from
the tail pipe..she's awfully close
to it..think we should pull her away
from it????.....na...guess your

land"...we'll just let her enjoy
it...till it's time to move up in
the line...we can give her award

doesn't even have to ask you your
name...he just opens those arms
up...and ...says...hey Vicki!!....ohhhhh....now...that
will make a girl melt!!...see...told
you..he just has "it"..hey Vicki..do
you think we should try and do
something to these two...they kind
of look like they have been thru a
war or something...huh??...not a
war...but..a "beer tent?"...which
had no beer till 5??...and...running
up and down a hill all day...just to
protect your front row
seats???....ok ....well then..."they
look like they have been standing
under a beer tent..with no
beer...running up and down a
hill...oh... sorry ...a very "big"
hill...all day...protecting your
front row seats"... ok..so..don't you
think we should freshen them up just
a little... first of all...let's take
those..."plastic necklace's"
off...where on earth did you find
these "things"??...where????..oh..at
the beer tent..was that before the
beer..or after it got there???...ahh...i
see...they kept you cool???...sure
they did...and... when did you say
the beer got to the tent???...uhhh...huh..
right...not till 5...ok ... no...i
believe you...these plastic
necklaces kept you girls cool all
afternoon...right...after they were
put it in cold water..ok..i see... ohhhh....hey...i
do see!!!..what a great
idea....oh....and...they match your
clothes!!...how cool!!!..and..all we
had was little ice cubes....shaped
like a "t"...and..they didn't even
make it to the stage...or off the
bus..."mr.g" forgot to put them in
the cooler.... so...they kind of
melted on the seat...heehe...his
seat!!!...there is justice after
all..i spent all day making those
cute little ice cubes... shaped them
in a "t"...and..he takes them to put
in the cooler.. and...sets them on
the seat..and..goes to do something
else.... and..forgets all about them
till he sits behind the wheel....heehee ....i
loved the expression on his
face...until i found out what caused
it!!!....that man...one of these
days...yeah..yeah..got to love
him!!!...heehee...did and do...for a
very long time.!!..
anyway..
anyway...back to "spiffing" these
girls up a little...we don't want
them waking up...three days from
now...horrified that we let trace
see them looking like
this!!!....ok...let's see...got
anything good in that really nice
purse of yours Vicki??? alrighty
now...not a bad job there
Vicki..they look mighty good!!!..no
signs of all that suffering in the
heat...running down
hills..and..waiting 12 hours to see
trace..he'll never know...why..he
will think they just stepped out of
a beauty parlor!!!...heehee...ok..ok...maybe
i did go a little over board..just a
little!!!...they do look "pretty
good" for all they have been thru to
get here..in this "m&g" line...to
see trace...think we should pinch
them or something to get them
moving...they would hate us if they
missed the whole thing...heehee...but...we
could let them miss it...take their
places ...and...then pretend
differently!!....na...your right...but..i
can tell it sounded good to you
too...for a minute..or two!!....oh

and... smile on trace's face is all
about...can't imagine what Vicki
said to him....must have been
good...she had to repeat it

have finally understood what Vicki

the rescue....once again..."mr.g"
has perfect timing..i'm going to
have to make sure i give him a great
big kiss for this one... heehee...once
i figure out why he has landed the
"trace-mobile" on trace's hat....oh
no!!!..they think that Shelley is
stuck to trace!!!... no..NO!!!....
Angela and Debbie....you don't have
to un-"pry" Shelley...she's not
stuck....she's waiting to get
her.....phew...that was a close
one....good thing Vicki's was able
to get to her camera and take the
picture before the "Adkinettes" did
their "un-prying" of Shelley!!!..and..it
works out perfectly....Vicki not
only got Shelley in her very first
"trace hug"... but she also got "mr.g"
and..all the "Adkinettes"..
including the "trace-moblie" in the
picture too!!!!..we are going to
have to make sure we get a really
big one of that so we can put it up
on "cloud 24/7"!!!!!
well..i must
say...this was one of our best...if
not unusual "pocket
concerts"..now...let's see if we can
round up all our "adkinette's" and
get them back to the "magic
bus"..i'm sure we all are in need of
some rest!!....ok "mr. g"
...everyone is in the
"trace-mobile" ...so..put your foot
to the medal and get us back to the
bus!!..heehee...that's ok...we won't
mind a little water...it will feel
good to those of us who didn't get
to go "swimming" earlier!!!....oh..look
out Ann....you almost sat on your
"golden tiara"...can't have
that!!!..you all looked so pretty in
them...yes..even you...it's not bent
too bad...i'm sure we can get "mr.g"
to fix it for you!!!..ahhh... the
bus....ok girls...let's get on the
bus..and ..see if we can get "mr.genie"...
dang it!!!..how does he do
that??...oh well. ...thanks again "mr.
genie"...you made everyone
very...very happy tonite...we love
you for taking such good care of
us!!!!..and ..thanks for getting all
the "Adkinettes" home..safe and..all
tucked in..i hope they are enjoying
their "memories" of this one of a
kind "pocket concert"!!!!..i know
this is one i'll never
